Welcome to Season 11

Novice: U6
KAS Sparkle
U6 Recreational Cheer is a great introduction to cheerleading. Athletes 4-6 years of age (born 2016-2019) learn the basics of cheerleading including: tumbling, dance, jumps, and basic stunts. The focus of this program is fitness, friendship and fun!
COVID19 protocols must be followed and can be found on our website.
Our registration fee is $175 which includes a KAS season t-shirt, practice bow, experienced coaches, and practice facility.
Payments can be made by etransfer to kascheerfinance@gmail.com.
U6 Recreational Cheer practice time is Thursday 4:15-5:00pm (September 15 - December 1) Fall and (January 5 – March 23) Winter sessions.

Prep: U12
KAS Destiny
U12 All Star Prep is an introduction to competitive cheerleading for athletes 7-11 years of age. The focus is on development of the fundamentals of cheerleading (stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance motions) as well as encouraging teamwork and fun. Travel to one competition in Winnipeg (date TBD) travel costs not included. Registration fees of $200 (September) and $200 (January). Our fees include a KAS season t-shirt, practice bow, competition registration fee, experienced coaches, uniform rental and practice facility. COVID19 protocols must be followed and can be found on our website.

All Star: U12
Eclipse
Eclipse practices twice per week, Tuesday at 6:45 until 8:00pm and Thursday at 6:00 until 7:30pm. Eclipse has a larger financial commitment with uniform and travel costs to regional, provincial and inter provincial competitions.
Cheerleading, gymnastics or dance experience an asset but not a requirement to attend the try outs.
One time registration fee of $30 (September) and monthly tuition fee of $125 (September-April).
Our registration fee will cover upfront costs including, KAS season t-shirt, practice bow and start up supplies which will be due by the first practice. Monthly tuition will follow and will cover certified and experienced coaches, sprung floor practice facility, insurance, choreography, professional custom cheer music and all administration costs. Payments can be made by etransfer to kascheerfinance@gmail.com.


All Star: U18
Infinity Elite
Infinity Elite practices twice per week, Tuesday at 7:45pm - until 9:00pm and Thursday at 7:30 until 9:00 pm. Infinity Elite has a larger financial commitment with uniform and travel costs to regional, provincial and inter provincial competitions.

COVID Programming
Kenora All Star Cheerleading follows Northwestern Health Unit protocols in addition to our Provincial and National sport organizations. Ontario Cheerleading Federation (OCF) and Cheer Canada provide Health and Safety Guidelines for Cheerleading.
The 2022-2023 season will see a return to stunting and traditional cheer team programs. KAS will continue to follow the Health and Safety guidelines.
Programming may fluctuate depending on the Guidelines imposed by these organizations.

Grades 7-12
School Cheer: promote school spirit and cheer for Bronco athletics including Bronco Football
Game Day: Cheer, Dance and Stunt routine using a simulated Game Day structure
Bronco Cheerleading is a school-based competitive cheer program. The team has a history of provincial, national and international accomplishments.
