COVID Programming

Kenora All Star Cheerleading follows Northwestern Health Unit protocols in addition to our Provincial and National sport organizations.  Ontario Cheerleading Federation (OCF) and Cheer Canada provide Health and Safety Guidelines for Cheerleading.

Programming may fluctuate depending on the Guidelines imposed by these organizations.

The focus this year will be physical activity, fitness, strength and conditioning, tumbling drills, jump choreography, motions and dance. At this time, stunting is not allowed by OCF.
